What are your general lead times?

Depending on your location and preferred courier selection, parcels can take 2 to 3 working days to be delivered.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed and paid by 11:00 are shipped the following business day.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We utilise Electronic Fund Transfers (EFTs) only.

Why was my order cancelled?

If payment is not received within 48 hours the order is automatically cancelled.
